Storm Drain or Sewer
The fatal head shot at Zapruder Frame 313 may have come from a Curb-side Sewer Located on Elm Street at the bottom of the grassy knoll. Some believe that the fatal shot could have originated from a storm drain located in the corner of Dealey Plaza behind a fence where the grassy knoll meets the triple underpass. This is a more difficult shot, and could have been blocked by a tree on the grassy knoll. The below pictures illustrate the location and view from the storm drain, NOT the curb-side sewer on Elm St.
